Everything you need to know about our peptides, testing, ordering, and research-use policy.
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids synthesized for use in laboratory and in-vitro studies. Scientists use them to investigate biological mechanisms, receptor binding, cellular signaling pathways, and other experimental applications.
All compounds sold by Peptiva Labs LLC are manufactured to research-grade specification and are intended exclusively for qualified researchers conducting laboratory studies — not for use in or on humans or animals.
No. Under no circumstances are our products intended, labeled, or sold for human consumption. This is not a legal disclaimer — it is the literal description of what we sell. These compounds have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans and are not approved drugs, supplements, or food products.
Any use of our products in or on humans or animals violates our terms of sale. Orders placed with the intent to use products for human or veterinary use will be refused.
No. Not for consumption, not for injection, not for topical use, not for any in-vivo application in humans. The research-only restriction is absolute. Our compounds are sold for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified investigators.
If you are looking for FDA-approved peptide therapies or supplements, you will need to consult a licensed healthcare provider and a licensed pharmacy — that is not our business.
We do not rely on supplier-issued COAs. Every compound in our catalog is independently tested by a third-party laboratory using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis. Each lot gets its own COA with a unique lot number, test date, purity percentage, and the identity of the testing facility.
All COAs are published publicly on the product pages — current lot, not archival. If a new lot ships, the COA is updated before the product goes live. See our Testing Methodology page for the full process.
COA stands for Certificate of Analysis. It is a document issued by a testing laboratory that certifies the identity, purity, and composition of a compound. A valid COA includes the compound name, lot number, test date, analytical method used (such as HPLC), and the measured purity percentage.
A COA from the manufacturer or supplier who sold you the compound is not independently verified — it tells you what they say about their own product. We commission testing from independent third-party labs specifically to avoid this conflict of interest.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card data. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
We do not currently accept cryptocurrency, checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International orders cannot be fulfilled at this time. We are based in the USA and all fulfillment occurs domestically.
If you are an international researcher interested in our catalog, check back — we are evaluating international shipping options and the regulatory requirements involved.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during transit for short periods. Orders are shipped promptly after processing. For long-term storage in your lab, we recommend -20°C for most peptides, away from light and moisture.
Specific storage recommendations are included with each product and on the COA. Reconstitution guidelines vary by compound — consult the product page and relevant literature for your specific research application.
Due to the nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on peptide orders. If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or with a discrepancy from your order confirmation, contact us at info@multipeps.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We stand behind our purity claims — if a COA discrepancy is documented, we will make it right.
