1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Multi-Peps website (multipeps.com) or placing an order, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this site or purchase any products. Multi-Peps is operated by Peptiva Labs LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Age Restriction — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Multi-Peps. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service to any person who cannot verify their age. Purchases made in violation of this restriction are void.

3. Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption

All compounds sold by Multi-Peps are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific study. They are:

• Not for human consumption, ingestion, injection, or topical application
• Not for veterinary use
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Not FDA-approved for human or animal use

The Customer assumes full legal and ethical responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, receipt, possession, and use of research chemicals. We make no representations regarding the safety or efficacy of any compound for any use other than laboratory research.

4. Eligibility and Authorized Use

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed researcher, academic institution, pharmaceutical company, or otherwise qualified professional purchasing compounds for legitimate scientific research
• You will use all purchased compounds solely for in-vitro laboratory research
• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer any compound to any party who intends to use it for human or animal consumption
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing research chemicals in your jurisdiction
• The purchase, receipt, and use of the requested compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, purity data, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. COAs reflect third-party laboratory testing results at the time of the specific batch tested. Product characteristics may vary between batches.

6. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Peptiva Labs LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized use. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. All prices are in US dollars.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, COA data, and design elements — is the property of Peptiva Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIVA LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• The purchase, receipt, use, or misuse of any product
• Any inaccuracy in product information or COA data
• Any delay, failure, or interruption of service
• Any unauthorized use of your account or order information

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY; THOSE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS ARE SUITABLE FOR ANY USE OTHER THAN IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH.

10. Account Termination and Refusal of Service

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

• Refuse service to any person or entity at any time, for any reason
• Cancel pending or completed orders if we have reason to believe the purchase violates these Terms
• Terminate or suspend any account associated with misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms
• Report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Customers who attempt to purchase products for human consumption will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptiva Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
