Multi-Peps is operated by Peptiva Labs LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. When you visit multipeps.com or purchase from us, Peptiva Labs LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal information. You can reach us at info@multipeps.com.

We collect the following categories of personal information when you use our site or place an order:

4. How We Store Your Information
Order records and customer information are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (a US-based cloud provider). Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems. Payment card information is never stored on our servers — it is processed and tokenized directly by Stripe, our payment processor.
We retain order records for a minimum of 7 years to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Usage and analytics data may be retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us at info@multipeps.com.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We share your personal information only with the following categories of third parties, and only as necessary:
- Payment processor (Stripe): Receives payment card data to process transactions. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Shipping and fulfillment provider: Your name and shipping address are shared with YourPeptideBrand (our fulfillment partner) and the applicable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your order.
- Analytics platform: We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand site performance. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers in identifiable form.
- Law enforcement / legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not share your information with any other third parties without your consent.
6. Cookie Policy
We use the following types of cookies and browser storage:
- Essential session storage: We use
sessionStorageto remember your age verification and compliance affirmation for the current browser session. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab. - Analytics cookies: We may use lightweight analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These cookies do not track personal behavior across third-party sites.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality, particularly the compliance gate flow.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@multipeps.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Other state residents: Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights under applicable state law. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), restricted database access, and secure hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
Our site and products are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete it. Contact us at info@multipeps.com if you believe a minor's information was submitted.
