Shipping Policy
Order processing, delivery timelines, and handling information.

1. Fulfillment Model
Multi-Peps operates on a dropship fulfillment model. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, YourPeptideBrand. When you place an order on multipeps.com, your order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse for picking, packing, and shipment. Peptiva Labs LLC remains responsible for your order from placement through delivery.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Processing time (before shipment leaves our warehouse) is 1–2 business days for standard orders.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
⚡ Standard Shipping
2–5 business days after dispatch. Most common option for continental US destinations.
🚀 Expedited Shipping
1–3 business days after dispatch. Available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier volume, weather events, or other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not binding.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following carriers depending on package size, destination, and service level selected at checkout:
- USPS — Priority Mail, First Class Package (small, lightweight orders)
- UPS — Ground, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air
- FedEx — Ground, Express
Carrier selection is made at fulfillment based on optimal delivery speed and cost for your destination. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number once your order ships.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email includes:
- Your tracking number
- The carrier handling your shipment
- A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after your shipment is picked up by the carrier. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@multipeps.com.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Handling
🧊 Research peptides are temperature-sensitive compounds. All orders are packaged with appropriate cold-chain measures, including insulated packaging and ice or dry-ice packs where required. We recommend planning receipt of your order to avoid extended exposure to heat in transit or at your delivery location.
Multi-Peps and our fulfillment partner take reasonable precautions to maintain compound integrity during shipment. However, we cannot guarantee specific temperature conditions during carrier transit. If you have concerns about a temperature-sensitive delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can recommend appropriate shipping options for your location and time of year.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Peptiva Labs LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing an order, contact us at info@multipeps.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee a correction once an order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier.
8. International Shipping
Multi-Peps currently ships within the United States only (50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories). We do not ship internationally at this time.
International customers should note that research peptides are regulated differently in different jurisdictions, and importation may be restricted or prohibited. We encourage international researchers to work with suppliers licensed and registered in their own jurisdiction.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package is more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@multipeps.com with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
