Refund & Return Policy
Our return window, eligibility conditions, and refund process.

✉ All return and refund requests must be initiated by contacting us at info@multipeps.com with your order number. Do not return products without prior authorization.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier. Requests received after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund, except in cases of confirmed product defects or shipping errors (see Section 5).
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unopened: The product seal must be intact and unbroken. We cannot accept returns of opened vials, tubes, or containers for any reason, including quality concerns, as opened research compounds present compliance and chain-of-custody issues.
- Original packaging: The product must be in its original labeled packaging, undamaged and unused.
- Research use only: Return eligibility is limited to unused products being returned to us in the same condition as shipped — not to compounds that have been used, diluted, reconstituted, or stored improperly.
- Within 30 days of delivery: Your return request must be received within the return window.
Items that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products, regardless of the reason
- Products showing signs of tampering
- Products not purchased directly from multipeps.com
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery (except confirmed defects)
- Custom or special-order items (if applicable)
4. How to Initiate a Return
Email us
Contact info@multipeps.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Receive return authorization
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Ship the item
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — you are responsible for the item until it reaches our fulfillment center.
Refund processed
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing timelines:
- Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank
- Other payment methods: 5–10 business days, subject to the terms of your payment provider
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error or product defect on our part (see Section 6). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or containing the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us at info@multipeps.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
We will arrange a prepaid return label and either reship the correct/replacement product or issue a full refund, at your preference. We do not require return of damaged or defective items in all cases — we will advise based on the situation.
7. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@multipeps.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be cancelled — the standard return process applies. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
